It’s Open Championship week, one of the best weeks of the year. This time it’s at Muirfield, where Ernie Els won in 2002, last time it was at North Berwick.
Here for posterity is Greg Norman’s 1993 triumph at Sandwich, his second Open win. His final round is arguably the best competitive round he ever played, and it led to his most memorable quote: “I am not a person to boast, but I am in awe of myself the way I hit the ball today.”
